HELPING HANDS OF GOOSE CREEK

GIVE US THIS DAY OUR DAILY BREAD

Helping Hands of Goose Creek is a Christian-based crisis assistance center. Helping Hands opened the food pantry in 1989 to distribute emergency food to families in crisis situations.

A project of the Goose Creek Clergy Association.  Our supporting Churches include, All Saints Chapel, NWS, Calvary Church of the Nazarene, First Baptist of Goose Creek, Goose Creek United Methodist, Harbor Lake Baptist, Immaculate Conception Catholic, Metro North Presbyterian, New Life Christian Fellowship, Peace presbyterian, SonRise Christian, St. James Methodist, St. Mary’s Episcopal, St. Timothy’s Lutheran and Trinity Missionary Baptist.

Helping Hands volunteers and it’s client friendly center has been in continuous operation from it’s inception. Services have varied at the center. Special assistance client projects, including a clients-choice selection of food and client hands-on budget training program are held by our volunteers at the Helping Hands Center. Food distribution by our friendly, well trained volunteers remains the primary focus of Helping Hands.

Helping Hands of Goose Creek supplies food to people in-need.
